# Bootstrap Design

This is the generated Trellis bootstrap task. hyb-oa keeps it as historical
setup evidence, while project-specific rules live in `.trellis/spec/hyb-oa/`.
TRELLIS2 supersedes the old Issue CSV binding requirement for new tasks.
